Air Humps

by admin on

I was working from my laptop at starbucks and in the corner of my eye, I see a little 80 year old dude with jet black hair grinning at me.
He has these shiny gold teeth that were sparkling brightly. As we made eye contact, I gave him a thumbs up, and smile.

He responded back with an enthusiastic double thumbs up.

Then all of a sudden he starts first pumping, smiling even wider with his glistening gold grin, and proceeds to start air humping the condiment table!

Dude must of been in a really good mood or high off drugs.

He didn’t seem to care what anyone thought of him.

Nothing like an feisty 80 year old in a leather jacket, white Nike basketball sneakers, humping a table in public.

Strangely, he kept on humping that table,

while staring at me with a wide grin of gold teeth.

It went on a bit longer than I anticipated.

I gave him an awkward nod, looked down at my laptop keys and pretended to work.

Soon after, he walked out the shop, ice coffee in hand like a with a pimp like stroll, still smiling.

Even though his back was towards me.

He must have been on a cocktail of ecstasy, viagra and testosterone.

The guy was pushing 80 something and had a bounce in his step like he just got laid.

He was dressed like a 20 year-old with dyed jet black hair and acted like his age didn’t phase him.

I thought to myself, Man,

this dude has found the fountain of youth!

As I reflected on it, I came to realize that our age is truly just a state of mind.

I guess you’re only as old as you feel.

How old do you feel?

Whatever age you feel internally,

probably reflects how you look externally.

It’s a shame when I see a younger guy letting himself go,

complaining that he’s “old”

and reminiscing about the “good ole days”.

This just speeds up the aging process and further reinforces that his best days are behind him.

It reminded me of a study I once read about, how just acting young reverses the hands of time.

It discussed how a group of 70 years old’s were asked to dress and Act as If

they were 40 years younger.

After a week their health improved,

they walked straighter,

and noticed a significant boost in their energy and happiness.

This study proved how much your health improved by simply lowering your mental age.

This is the power of your identity.

I have a Masters in psychology and I’m fascinated by how the mind works.

In all my years of formal education, recreational study
and real world experience with my clients…

One of the fastest ways to create change is change your identity by aligning yourself to WHO you want to BE.

Think, Speak & ACT as if
and soon you will become.

This is not “faking it till you make it”,

rather you are highlighting a certain aspect of yourself.

We are complex beings and we have many sides of ourselves.

Wouldn’t it make logical sense to
think, speak and Act

from your higher self
rather than your lower self?

Of course, you can’t just think and speak things into existence.

You must take Actions in accordance to your highest values.

I grew up very poor.

It was my dream to become a self-made millionaire so I could live a better life and provide for my family.

For years, I read books about becoming a millionaire,

going to seminars and constantly searching for the “How To’s”

I would always set a goal to become a millionaire every New Years

and by December I found myself frustrated and disappointed.

As I studied more about the power of identity

I came to realize that I was going about it incorrectly.

Instead of just learning the tactics on how to make a million dollars.

I focused on thinking, speaking and Acting as if I was already a millionaire.

I put my energy toward delivering millions in Value instead of wanting it in dollars.

This was the distinction that allowed me to finally accomplish my lifelong goal!

Tactics are vital,

but if you don’t Believe that you could accomplish something

no amount of tactics will overpower your own self belief.

I would love to go into the details of what I did on a daily basis to break 7 figures in income in this post.

But for the sake of brevity, I want to stay on track.

If you’re interested in my millionaire identity process, email me AJ@onlinesupercoach.com

I’d be more than happy to share with you.

But if you don’t give a shit about making money.

Think about another area of your life that you want to improve.

For the next 24 hours, consciously Act as your Highest Self and observe what happens.

I’m not saying this is the end all be all to

accomplish Everything your heart desires.

But science proves the power of identity.

Like anything you learn,

test it and try it on for size.

If it fits, heck you’ve improved your life and those around you.

That’s not a bad gamble.

I am not sure if that study discussed the effects of air humping?

Guess it cant hurt…

So go ahead and do a few air humps

it’s far better than botox.
